针对鱼雷发动机汽缸套过水槽锈蚀的问题,对鱼雷发动机汽缸套生产工序进行了分析。指出了过水槽锈蚀产生的原因,并对以往生产工序提出了实施真空淬火;增加电解抛光;改变电镀工序以及镀双层镍等改进措施,从而大大提高了镀层的耐腐蚀性能。
Aiming at the problem of the torpedo engine cylinder liner passing through the sink, the production process of the torpedo cylinder liner was analyzed. The reasons for the corrosion of the sink were pointed out. In the past, the measures of vacuum quenching, electrolytic polishing, electroplating, nickel plating and so on were put forward to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.
