个人简历柳建辉,汉族。中共党员。1958年10月出生于山东昌邑。教授、博士生导师。1978年9月考入山东师范大学政治系,1983年9月考入吉林大学研究生院。1986年7月到中央党校工作,曾任中共党史教研部主任。现任中央党校教务部主任。获国务院政府特殊津贴。中央“马克思主义理论研究和建设工程”《中华人民共和国史》课题组首席专家、全国宣传文化系统“四个一批”人才、国家社科基金“党史党建”学科评审组成员、国家“万人计划”
