杉木优树选择工作,经过十多年的生产实践,取得了不少经验和成绩。在发展过程中,仍存在有这样那样的问题尚未被我们所认识、所掌握,这是必然的。只要我们不回避问题,“只要我们勇于实践,善于总结经验,真正掌握客观规律,我们就一定能够在社会主义革命和社会主义建设中加速实现从必然王国向自由王国飞跃”,就能在较短时间内选出更多更好的为群众所欢迎的优良杉木品种投入生产,为加速“绿化祖国”作出新贡献。现对当前杉木选优的几个问题谈点看法,供参考。
