本文论述了利用数控系统控制专用装置对造纸机上压辊形面(R= 1200 ~7000 米的超大半径) 的数控修磨加工。该加工方法突破了常规数控加工的模式,实现了高精度的修磨加工和对砂轮在加工中磨损的自动瞬时补偿。
This paper discusses the use of CNC system-specific control device on the paper machine roller surface (R = 1200 ~ 7000 meters large radius) CNC grinding process. The machining method breaks through the conventional NC machining mode, realizes the high-precision grinding process and the automatic instantaneous compensation to the abrasion of the grinding wheel in the process.
