本文通过对MG2932B机床的热态分析以及热补偿技术的分析,提出了基于机床热变形实验数据的热变形神经网络预测模型,在此预测模型的基础上建立机床热变形智能热补偿控制模型的方法.
Based on the thermal analysis of MG2932B machine tool and the analysis of thermal compensation technology, this paper presents a thermal deformation neural network prediction model based on experimental data of thermal deformation of machine tool. Based on this prediction model, a method of intelligent thermal compensation control model for machine tool thermal deformation is established .
