目的了解医院大肠埃希菌的Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记qacEΔ1-sul1基因存在状况。方法对临床分离的34株大肠埃希菌,采用PCR方法检测Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记qacEΔ1-sul1基因。结果 34株大肠埃希菌qacEΔ1-sul1基因阳性有28株(82.4%)。结论 34株大肠埃希菌药敏试验结果显示,β-内酰胺酶和氨基糖苷类抗菌药物耐药性高与Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记qacEΔ1-sul1基因高检出率有关。
Objective To understand the presence of the qacEΔ1-sul1 gene, a type I integron marker in Escherichia coli in hospital. Methods The 34 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from clinical isolates were tested for the type Ⅰ integron genetic marker qacEΔ1-sul1 by PCR. Results There were 28 (82.4%) positive isolates of 34 isolates of Escherichia coli qacEΔ1-sul1. Conclusion The results of drug sensitivity test of 34 strains of Escherichia coli showed that the high resistance of β-lactamase and aminoglycoside antibiotics was related to the high detection rate of qacEΔ1-sul1 gene.
