特殊教育服务简介香港教育署为学龄前及在校儿童提供各类特殊教育服务。这项工作由特殊教育中心承担。三所中心分别设在港岛、九龙和新界屯门。教育署不但逐渐向外发展,而且还增强了巡回辅导服务,以配合儿童在校的特殊需要。此类服务的目的,主要是为了能做到早期诊断,及时采取矫正方法,以防轻微缺陷发展成为严重或永久性的缺陷。特殊教育服务中心的全体职中,均具有其职责范围内的专业资格。香港教育署目前所提供的特殊服务有以下几个方面:甄别服务、学童转介及安排服务;听觉诊断服务;言语治疗服务;儿童心理辅导服务;辅导教学服务;咨询服务;以学校为本位的辅导计划服务;其它服务:考试服务,研究工作,训练服务。
Special Education Services Introduction The Hong Kong Education Department provides a wide range of special education services for preschool and school children. This work is undertaken by special education centers. The three centers are located respectively on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and Tuen Mun in the New Territories. The Education Department has not only gradually developed outward, but also enhanced its round robin counseling services to meet the special needs of children in school. The purpose of such services is mainly to enable early diagnosis and to take timely corrective measures to prevent the development of minor defects as a serious or permanent defect. Special education service center in the whole job, have their professional competence within the scope of responsibility. The special services currently provided by the Education Department of Hong Kong include the following: screening services, referrals for school children and arranging services; auditory diagnosis services; speech therapy services; child psychological counseling services; counseling services; counseling services; school-based Counseling program services; Other services: Exam services, research, training services.
