新课程改革对教育教学提出了新的挑战,也对教师培训模式有了更高的要求。基于学校和教师的实际以及教育教学中出现的问题,我校以团队主题实践式培训为突破口,指导教师在教育实践中更新教育教学观念,发现教育教学规律,解决实际问题,提升教育教学能力。其模式可以简单归纳为:确定主题,组建团队,制定方案→理论引路,实践操作,行动研究→团队反思,反馈矫正,理论提升。
The new curriculum reform poses new challenges to education and teaching, and also has higher requirements on teacher training mode. Based on the actual situation of schools and teachers as well as the problems in education and teaching, our school takes the practice of team-based training as a breakthrough point to guide teachers in education practice to update the concept of education and teaching, discovering the law of education and teaching, solving practical problems and improving education and teaching abilities. The model can be summarized as follows: to determine the theme, the formation of the team, the development of programs → theoretical approach, practice, action research → team reflection, feedback correction, theoretical improvement.
