牙轮钻头滑动轴承的主要失效形式是胶合和磨粒磨损。钢结硬质合金GW50的力学性能介于硬质合金和合金钢之间,具有较高的弹性模量、硬度、抗弯抗压强度、冲击韧性和较好的冷热加工性能。试验分析表明,经料浆渗硼处理后,可进一步提高GW50钢结合金的表面硬度和耐磨性能,表面硬度可达1700HV0.2,弹性模量和冲击韧性值增加,摩擦系数更低,具有更好的综合性能,用于牙轮钻头滑动轴承是可行的。今后发展高速、重载和高寿命牙轮钻头的关键在于从轴承结构、材料和工艺寻找突破口。
The main failure form of roller cone bit bearings is gluing and abrasive wear.
