目的实施院科两级强化管理和规范内镜清洗消毒方法。方法通过院科两级分级管理,采用现场监测方法,对使用后内镜及其环境消毒效果进行了监测。结果医院临床科室每月定期对本科使用的内镜及其他对象监测结果多数比医院感染管理部门监测的结果好;其中内镜消毒与灭菌效果总平均合格率,医院感染管理部门监测结果为91.00%,相关科室监测结果为99.14%,院科两级监测的灭菌级内镜全部达到无菌生长。结论该医院内镜清洗和消毒灭菌质量总体较好,灭菌级内镜完全合格,但院科两级监测结果存在差别,科级监测合格率高于医院感染管理部门监测结果。
Objective To implement two levels of hospital department to strengthen management and standardize endoscopic cleaning and disinfection methods. Methods By the hospital two levels of management, the use of on-site monitoring methods, after use of the endoscope and its environment disinfection effects were monitored. Results The results of endoscopy and other subjects monitored by clinical department of the hospital regularly every month were better than those monitored by hospital infection management department. The average qualified rate of endoscope sterilization and sterilization was 91.00 %, The relevant departments of the monitoring results was 99.14%, hospital-level monitoring of sterility endoscopic all achieved sterile growth. Conclusion The quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection and sterilization in this hospital is generally good. The endoscopic sterility endoscopy is completely qualified. However, there are differences between the two levels of hospital and departmental examination, and the pass rate of department level monitoring is higher than that of hospital infection management department.
