研究了电炉20MnSi钢筋在拉伸试验时物理屈服点消失的原因。分析了金相组织、化学成份、轧后冷速等因素对物理屈服点不明显的影响;证明这一现象是由粒状贝氏体形成而引起的。根据多元线性回归分析结果提出了能使屈服点显现率提高的化学成份范围。
The reason why the physical yield point of 20MnSi steel bar in electric furnace disappeared during the tensile test was studied. The influence of microstructure, chemical composition, cooling rate after rolling on the yield point is not obvious. It is proved that this phenomenon is caused by the formation of granular bainite. According to the results of multivariate linear regression analysis, the chemical composition range that can improve the yield of yield point is proposed.
