DL—香酮是天然香中具有重要生理活性的成分,由于天然香药源短缺,面对日益增大的医药需求,人工合成香已成为主要途径,其中合成香酮是人工合成香的一个重要组成部分。目前已被列入国家九五计划的主要项目之一。 醇酮环合法是我厂生产DL—香酮的特殊方法,合成DL—香酮的同时,又产生副产物4—甲基环十五烷酮。它们是结构相似、性质相近而且不易分离的两种物质,4—甲基环十五烷酮的存在影响了DL—香酮的质量,因此要想获得高纯度的香酮,必须采取一种有效的措施将二者分离开来,采用分馏、萃取等方法很难将二者分离,而采用柱层析法既可分除了异构体,又可获得高纯度的DL—香酮,经气相色谱法测出其含量为95%以上。

Therefore, in order to obtain high-purity ketones, an effective must be taken. The method separates the two, and it is difficult to separate the two using fractionation, extraction, and the like, while column chromatography can be used to separate the isomers and obtain high-purity DL-ketone by gas chromatography. The law measured its content is more than 95%.
