目的 :探讨真菌感染对胃粘膜细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。方法 :采用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记 (TUNEL)技术、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)免疫组化染色观察了部分胃病并真菌感染患者及对照组胃粘膜细胞凋亡与增殖情况。结果 :真菌阳性组与阴性组相比 ,浅表性胃炎患者细胞凋亡指数 (AI) ,凋亡指数与增殖指数 (PI)的比值 (AI PI)显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;胃溃疡患者AI,PI,AI PI均显著升高 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5及P <0 0 5 ) ;肠化生患者PI显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,AI PI显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;胃癌患者PI显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,AI,AI PI显著降低 (P <0 0 5及P <0 0 1)。结论 :真菌对胃粘膜细胞增殖与凋亡的影响 ,在炎症反应期 ,主要是引起细胞凋亡的增加 ,加大炎症反应 ;到肠化生和胃癌阶段 ,则表现为细胞凋亡抑制 ,增殖增加 ,有助于胃癌的发生发展
Objective: To investigate the effect of fungal infection on gastric mucosal cell proliferation and apoptosis. Methods: Apoptosis and proliferation of gastric mucosal cells in patients with gastritis and fungal infection were observed by immunohistochemistry with dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) . Results: Compared with the negative group, the AI in the group of fungal positive and the PI in the group of superficial gastritis were significantly increased (P <0 05). The AI, PI and AI PI in patients with gastric ulcer were significantly higher (P <0.01, P <0.05 and P <0.05), PI in patients with intestinal metaplasia were significantly higher (P <0.01), AI PI was significantly lower (P <0.05); PI in gastric cancer was significantly higher (P <0.05), AI, AI PI was significantly lower (P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion: The effect of fungi on the proliferation and apoptosis of gastric mucosal cells in the inflammatory reaction period, mainly caused by the increase of apoptosis, increase the inflammatory response; to intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer stage, the performance of apoptosis inhibition, proliferation Increase, contribute to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer
