【目的】探讨山东省中学生应对方式特点及影响因素,为中学生应对方式的干预研究提供理论依据。【方法】采用简易应对方式问卷对山东省1 368名中学生进行测试。【结果】中学生消极应对方式在性别(t=2.08,P=0.04)和年级(F=13.51,P=0.00)上的差异均具有统计学意义;相关分析结果表明:中学生积极应对方式与家庭住址、父母亲职业、经济状况、亲子关系呈负相关;与父母亲受教育程度呈正相关。消极应对方式与婚姻状况、经济状况、亲子关系呈正相关。回归分析结果表明:父亲受教育程度、亲子关系、经济状况对积极应对方式有一定的预测作用。亲子关系、经济状况、母亲受教育程度、婚姻状况对消极应对方式有一定的预测作用。【结论】根据中学生应对方式的特点,应该采取针对性的措施培养中学生积极的应对方式以促进其心理健康发展。
【Objective】 To explore the characteristics and influencing factors of coping style of middle school students in Shandong Province and to provide a theoretical basis for the intervention study of coping styles of middle school students. 【Method】 A total of 1 368 middle school students in Shandong Province were tested with a simple coping style questionnaire. 【Results】 The differences of negative coping style among middle school students at sex (t = 2.08, P = 0.04) and grade (F = 13.51, P = 0.00) were statistically significant. The correlation analysis showed that the positive coping style and home address , Parental occupation, economic status, parent-child relationship was negatively correlated; and parental education was positively correlated. Negative coping style and marital status, economic status, parent-child relationship was positively correlated. Regression analysis showed that: father’s education level, parent-child relationship, economic conditions have a positive predictive effect on the coping style. Parent-child relationship, economic status, mother’s education, marital status have some predictive effect on negative coping style. 【Conclusions】 According to the characteristics of middle school students’ coping style, we should take targeted measures to cultivate the positive coping style of middle school students to promote their mental health development.
