砼冬期施工最关键的是拆模前的养护保温工作,没有良好的保温措施,仅凭防冻剂是不容易满足冬季施工要求的。对于大体积砼来说,覆盖困难,散热快,如果早期强度上不去,就会影响拆模时间,降低模板的利用率,以至于影响工期。通过在六股河特大桥沉井冬季施工中的实践,我们采用桑那炉蒸汽养护法获得成功,现将具体作法介绍如下。
The most critical thing in the construction of winter cold season is the maintenance and insulation work before demolishing the mould. There is no good insulation measures. It is not easy for the antifreeze to meet the winter construction requirements. For large volumes, the coverage is difficult and the heat dissipation is fast. If the early strength does not go on, it will affect the time of demoulding, reduce the utilization of the template, and thus affect the construction period. Through the practice of the open caisson construction of the Liujinhe Bridge in winter, we have succeeded in adopting the steam curing method of the sauna furnace.
