模型底部压力测量是高超声速风洞高超声速风洞气动力试验的重要组成部分,它的精确度直接影响到模型气动特性的精确测量。考虑到高超声速流场条件下,模型底部压力低,测量难度大的问题,我们找到了一种行之有效的解决方法,即采用振动筒式压力传感器测量参考压力与压差传感器测量压差相结合的方法来测量模型底部压力。实际应用中证明该方案设计合理,可明显提高模型底部压力数据的可信度。
The pressure measurement at the bottom of the model is an important part of the hypersonic wind tunnel aerodynamic test. Its accuracy directly affects the accurate measurement of the aerodynamic characteristics of the model. Taking into account the hypersonic flow field conditions, the bottom of the model pressure is low, difficult to measure the problem, we have found an effective solution that uses vibrating barrel pressure sensor to measure the reference pressure and differential pressure sensor to measure the pressure phase The combined method measures the pressure at the bottom of the model. The practical application proves that the scheme is reasonable in design, which can obviously improve the credibility of the pressure data at the bottom of the model.
