Tea has become an indispensable and important part of many people’s diet. With the improvement of cultural knowledge and the progress of science and technology, the health problem of tea and people has been paid great attention to by scientists from all over the world. Every year international symposiums are held to exchange the progress made by various disciplines in the field of tea science research.
