患者女,55岁。因发现右下肺结节2年入院手术。既往有子宫肌瘤病史10年。入院体检及实验室检查均未见异常,无咳嗽、咳痰、气促、呼吸困难等症状。CT平扫肺窗示右肺下叶大小约3.1 cm×2.2 cm类圆形软组织结节,边缘光滑清晰,无毛刺,周围无阻塞性炎症和肺气肿表现(图1)。纵隔窗示结节密度均匀,平扫CT值32HU(图2)。增强扫描动脉期肿块轻度强化,CT值约50 HU,
The patient female is 55 years old. Due to the discovery of the right lower pulmonary nodule 2 years of admission surgery. Past history of uterine fibroids for 10 years. Admission examinations and laboratory tests were all normal, no symptoms such as cough, sputum, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing. The CT plain scan window showed a round soft tissue nodule with a size of 3.1 cm x 2.2 cm in the right lower lobe of the right lung, with smooth and clear edges, no burrs, and no obstructive inflammation and emphysema around the lung (Figure 1). The mediastinal window shows a uniform density of nodules and a flat CT value of 32 HU (Figure 2). Increased arterial peritumoral mass enhancement with a CT value of approximately 50 HU.
