本文从加强完善党委理财机制,选好配强财务人员的基础管理出发,从部队财务预算编制及执行等方面探讨了加强部队财务预算的管理措施。
Starting from strengthening and perfecting the financial management mechanism of the party committees and selecting the basic management of the strong financial officers, this paper discusses the management measures to strengthen the financial budget of the military from such aspects as compilation and implementation of the military financial budgets.
