目的　了解原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的性质及其最佳治疗方法。方法　分析 9例患者的住院资料及随访调查。结果　全部患者行手术治疗 ,6例行手术加放疗、化疗 ,后者其生存期明显延长。结论　原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤系颅内少见的恶性肿瘤 ,其最佳治疗方案为手术加放疗、化疗的联合治疗。 Objective To understand the nature of primary central nervous system lymphoma and its best treatment. Methods The hospitalization data and follow-up survey of 9 patients were analyzed. Results All patients underwent surgical treatment. Six patients underwent surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The survival time of the latter was significantly prolonged. Conclusions Primary central nervous system lymphoma is a rare intracranial malignant tumor. The best treatment is surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
