如何培养孩子尊重、理解他人的品质,敢于创新的学习精神,是一个大的课题。任何品质、精神的培养,都是通过长期实践慢慢获得的。笔者在美国考察学习时发现,美国学校对培养学生尊重的品质体现在教育教学的各个环节和细节里,包括学校的制度、学校的历史和文化、学校的理念、教学方式等等。下面,我选择从阅读方面去谈谈美国学校的一些做法以及所蕴藏的教育理念。一、在学生不同阅读水平中的体现美国教育家布鲁姆认为:“世界上任何一个能够学会的东西,几乎所有的人也能学会——只要向他们提供了适当的前提和适当的学习条件”。要承认
How to cultivate children’s respect, understanding the quality of others and daring to innovate is a big issue. Any quality, spiritual training, are slowly acquired through long-term practice. When I studied in the United States, the author found that the quality of respect for the cultivation of students in American schools is reflected in all aspects and details of education and teaching, including the system of schools, the history and culture of schools, the philosophy of schools and teaching methods.
