介绍了磨盘间隙伺服控制的工作原理,对控制系统作了理论分析和计算。文中建立的模拟试验台对恒载位置精度进行了试验,结果表明,试验数据和理论计算基本吻合。研究所得出的结论可供液压控制系统的设计制造和生产使用。
The working principle of the servo control of disc gap is introduced, and the control system is analyzed and calculated theoretically. The simulation test bench established in this paper tests the position accuracy of the dead load. The results show that the experimental data are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. The conclusions drawn from the study are available for the design, manufacture and production of hydraulic control systems.
