何杰金氏病患者对感染有明显的易感性,有关本病宿主的防御机制,在淋巴细胞介导的免疫机能面方已有大量研究,但中性粒细胞和单核巨噬细胞的功能尚未受到足够注意。本文用全血技术测定正常对照及进展期何杰金氏病人的中性粒细胞功能,即非定向迁移功能、吞噬及杀菌功能。31例正常对照的中性粒细胞非定向迁移平均值为83.54±12.82.μm(范围64～118μm)。其中26例的吞噬力平均值为195±24(155～238),对念珠菌杀菌率为55.87±8.45％(42.5～71.7％)。

The average value of non-directional migration of neutrophils in 31 normal controls was 83.54 ± 12.82μm (range 64 ~ 118μm). Among them, the average phagocytosis of 26 cases was 195 ± 24 (155 ~ 238) and the rate of Candida sterilization was 55.87 ± 8.45% (42.5 ~ 71.7%).
