随着经济的高速发展和信息时代的突飞猛进,我国高科技工业园区不断崛起,成为每个城市一道独特的风景,工业园越来越受到人们关注,成为每个城市的名片,现代工业厂房也成为企业对外形象展示的载体。当然,工业产品的不断升级,工业厂房的规模和尺度越来越大,动辄几十万平米的电子厂房和汽车产业园已屡见不鲜。工业厂房的建设速度也要求建筑材料有别于传统厂房,金属板材、钢结构、大宽度、高空间等等成为现代厂房的特点,而低碳节能也是现代厂房设计建设的趋势。
