胜利油田孤岛地区原油性质的一个重要特点是油稠,高粘度(100～1000厘泊)和特高粘度(1000厘泊以上)原油占很大比重。有些稠油在常温下可以叠成一米多高的油柱,被称之为“站起来的原油“。由于油稠,有些油井长期不能生产;由于油稠,即使抽油机抽出地面后,用泵通过管线输送也很困难。粘度在700厘泊左右,用 Y 型离心泵输送效率只有百分之十几。因此,稠油的开采和输送工艺就成为我们油田生产上的技术关键之一。在毛主席革命路线指引下,油田党委以阶级斗争为纲,广泛发动群众,组织“三结合”的攻关,经过生产、科研、设计战线职工四年多的努力,对八十九种活性剂和四十五口油井、三个小站、两条短距离输油管线进行了反复试验,取得了初步成果。已在孤
