在新的历史条件下,加强企业工会组织建设,以更好地推动企业的发展,是工会的工作的主要方向。文章对现阶段工会组织应在企业发展中所担负起的责任与使命进行了归纳与阐述,进而提出加强工会组织建设的对策。以期为当前工会发挥更好的效能提供有益参考。
Under the new historical conditions, it is the main direction for the work of the trade unions to step up the building of an enterprise trade union organization to better promote the development of enterprises. The article summarizes and expounds the responsibility and mission the trade union organizations should shoulder in the development of the enterprise at the present stage, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of trade union organizations. With a view to provide a useful reference for the current trade unions to play a better performance.
