针对现有矿用空冷器存在体积大、质量重及移动困难等缺点,提出了空冷器模块化的设计方案,并以空冷器盘管结构型式和其便于安装为出发点,采用螺旋盘管的方式布置换热面和模块化理念进行结构设计。模拟测试结果表明,模块化的空冷器具有移动安装方便、适应能力强等优势;既可根据模块降温负荷的不同,配置合适的模块数量,又可直接降低空冷器部件的质量或减小单件结构尺寸,从而降低了移动与安装难度。
