为解决海水淡化水厂生产的脱盐水和高纯水具有较强的腐蚀性、较低的缓冲能力的问题,利用CO2酸化淡化水溶解石灰石进行矿化处理,研究石灰石填料高度、石灰石粒径、pH、温度及进水流量对海水淡化水矿化效果的影响。结果表明,石灰石填料高度、石灰石粒径、pH、温度及进水流量对水质均有影响,并且在总碱度≥80mg/L、且硬度在80~120mg/L(中法水务推荐标准)的条件下,获得的产品水的朗格利尔指数为±0.5,拉森系数<0.1,可在市政供水管网安全输送。
