This paper reports the observations and measurements of 675 adult worms from Schistosoma japonicum in Dali, Yunnan Province, and describes some of the variations. Insects obtained from rabbits and mice body, pest age 35 to 62 days. The average size of the male was 14.26 × 0.40mm, the average size of the female was 16.51 × 0.24mm; the average size of the testis was 152 × 108μ, the last testis was larger than the first testis; the average ovary size was 543 × 133μ, The average number of eggs containing 86.3, but there are differences between the parasites. Testicular arranged in tandem and non-tandem two forms, the former accounted for 52.9%, the latter accounted for 47.1%; less than 7 testicular parasites mostly tandem, more than 7 testicular mostly non tandem. Testicular number is 3 to 9. Insects with 7 testes accounted for 41.4%, 6 testes accounted for 29.1% and 5 accounted for 20.7%. More than 7 testes had very few parasites, accounting for only 6.5%. This variation in the number of testes is different from the past reports. Found ectopic testicular parasites 11, accounting for 1.9% of the observed number, in addition to the existence of the female spiral ovary and additional ovaries, but also seen previously unreported long ovary and segmental ovaries, these variations accounted for the number of ovarian observation Of the 13.6%. Two male and two male homosexual males were obtained from the mice and seven heterosexual bugs were caught, which were not reported by the previous observers. In addition, there are 18 male members of the intestinal branch variation.
