目的 :探讨大黄酚对小鼠缺氧及耐力的影响。方法 :采用侧脑室注射 (icv)的方法 ,观察大黄酚对小鼠缺氧及负重游泳耐力的影响。结果 :大黄酚可提高小鼠抗缺氧能力及机体耐力。结论 :大黄酚有抗常压缺氧、急性脑缺氧和提高机体耐力的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of chrysophanol on hypoxia and endurance in mice. METHODS: The effects of chrysophanol on hypoxia and weight-bearing swimming endurance in mice were investigated by intracerebroventricular injection (icv). RESULTS: Chrysophanol can improve anti-anoxia and body endurance in mice. Conclusion: Chrysophanol has anti-anoxia, acute cerebral hypoxia and increased body endurance.
