通过对空间曲线的研究,导出一种新型定位机构与控制原理。自六十年代初试验成功后,近年研制成单向直动(按钮式)操作的前推式多档开关。这种立体曲线槽的定位原理,还可用于制成自动化元件或机械上的定位。本文还着重论述了下述两个问题: 1.从动杆的内装式结构,采用这种结构后可实现多级和大功率的槽定位。2.利用拐弯的两台阶结构解决槽路在空间交叉的问题,从而设计出按单向作用力的次数或推进的行程来定位的不同类型的立体曲线槽。
Through the study of the space curve, a new positioning mechanism and control principle are derived. Since the successful trial of the early sixties, in recent years developed a one-way direct acting (button-type) operation of the push-type multi-file switch. This three-dimensional curve groove positioning principle, can also be used to make automation components or mechanical positioning. This article also focuses on the following two issues: 1. Follower rod built-in structure, using this structure can be multi-level and high-power slot positioning. 2. The two-step structure of the corner is used to solve the problem that the groove intersects in the space so as to design different types of three-dimensionally curved grooves according to the number of the one-way force or the advancement of the stroke.
