随着北京2008年奥运会的临近,为了解决北京各区域间发展不平衡的现实问题,政府进一步加快了南城的改造建设工作。眼下,虽然南城无论从商业氛围、学术氛围还是高新产业方面,都与北西东三大方向有着一定的差距,但是,市场专业人士认为从投资的方面讲,这正是南城得天独厚的优势,正所谓起点低就意味着潜力大,特别是南三环区域近年来的开发建设,对于想在南城投资的置业者来说,具有典型的参考价值。
With the approaching of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the government has further accelerated the reconstruction work of Nancheng in order to solve the practical problems of the imbalanced development among various regions in Beijing.
