On December 3, 2013, the 5th “9 + 10” Regional Tourism Cooperation Conference and the 7th Beijing Tourism Research Forum were held in Beijing. The meeting proposed to actively introduce the market mechanism and enhance the level of regional cooperation in tourism and to reach the “Four Consensus” of “Beijing Consensus” and the establishment of “9 + 10” regional alliance for tourism cooperation so as to deepen and improve regional cooperation in tourism with active and effective measures. This session is sponsored by the Bureau of Tourism of the Provinces and Cities in the “9 + 10” Region and undertaken by the Tourism Development Committee of Beijing Municipality.
