目的:观察重度慢性牙周炎患者分别使用富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,b FGF)行拔牙窝位点保存的临床疗效。方法:29例重度慢性牙周炎患者随机分为3组,患牙拔除后,牙槽窝行位点保存术:PRF组牙槽窝行位点保存术使用患者自身血液离心制备的PRF;b FGF组使用b FGF;空白对照组不使用PRF或b FGF。术后6个月后观察临床疗效。结果:使用生长因子PRF或b FGF的患者术后6个月观察,牙龈形态饱满,骨高度保持,骨密度增加。未使用PRF或b FGF生长因子的患者骨密度较低。结论:牙周炎患者位点保存术中使用生长因子PRF和b FGF可以有效改善软硬组织的情况,保存更多的牙槽骨量。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF) in the preservation of tooth extraction sites in patients with severe chronic periodontitis. Methods: Twenty-nine patients with severe chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into three groups. After the tooth was removed, the alveolar nest site was preserved: the PRF prepared by centrifugation of the patient’s own blood by preservation of the alveolar nest in the PRF group; b FGF group used b FGF; blank control group did not use PRF or b FGF. After 6 months, the clinical effect was observed. Results: Six months after operation, patients with growth factor PRF or b FGF had full gingival shape, increased bone height and increased bone mineral density. Patients with no PRF or bFGF growth factor had lower bone mineral density. Conclusion: The use of growth factors PRF and b FGF during the site preservation of patients with periodontitis can effectively improve the situation of soft and hard tissue and save more bone volume.
