本文报道用硝硫苯酯治疗206例血吸虫病患者,6个月的平均阴转率为79.8%。表药与硝硫氰按相比,黄疸发生率低(1.0%),副作用小,病人耐受好,疗效也略高于硝硫氰胺。
This article reports the treatment of 206 cases of schistosomiasis with nitrethrin, with an average negative conversion rate of 79.8% at 6 months. Table drugs and nitrite compared to low incidence of jaundice (1.0%), side effects, patient tolerance is good, the effect is also slightly higher than that of nitinamide.
