回首一年半的班主任工作经历,同时作为英语教师,我深刻感受到一名教英语的班主任完全可以结合学科的特点,将学生的思想教育融入到英语教学之中。英语教师在班主任管理过程中,可以适时适当地利用英语,既增加英语在实际生活中的应用机会,让学生更加积极地投入到英语学习当中,又达到了很好的德育效果。这是英语教学生活化的具体体现,也是英语教学与班主任工作的有机结合。以下谈谈本人的一些尝试。一、巧用“洋气”的英文体现班级精神,开启高中生活 Looking back at a year and a half class teacher experience, as an English teacher at the same time, I deeply felt that a teacher who taught English can integrate the characteristics of the discipline and integrate the student’s ideological education into English teaching.
