本文选择患有深龋、慢性牙髓炎3—6岁的儿童59名,共77只乳磨牙。在局麻下行Fc活髓切断术,一次完成治疗。术后3—6个月对64只牙齿进行了临床及X光片复查,结果成功44例占68.8%;失败15例占23.4%;需追踪5例;有效率达76.6%。本文认为:Buckley的Fc配方用于乳牙活髓切断术,临床效果是满意的。本疗法可保留大面积龋坏的乳磨矛直至正常脱落。这些牙齿的保留,可保证恒牙的正常萌出,防止其近、远、中倾斜和移位,使牙弓长度不受影响,从而预防了错(牙合)畸形;此法操作安全,对牙周组织及恒牙胚均无影响;具有疗效好、疗程短的优点。
This article chooses 59 children aged 3-6 years with deep caries and chronic pulpitis, a total of 77 molars. Under local anesthesia Fc live marrow transection, a complete treatment.
