利用单因素试验和正交试验对杏鲍菇多糖提取工艺条件进行研究。确定最佳工艺条件为:提取温度70℃、提取时间为1.5h,乙醇浓度75%,多糖的得率为2.33%。并对杏鲍菇多糖进行初步的抗氧化活性测定,测定杏鲍菇多糖的羟基自由基的清除率达到35.76%。
Single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to study the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii. The optimum technological conditions were: extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 1.5h, ethanol concentration 75%, polysaccharide yield 2.33%. The preliminary determination of the antioxidant activity of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide was carried out. The removal rate of hydroxyl radical of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide reached 35.76%.
