在镗孔时,往往采用敲刀头用试切法进行加工,此法必须进行多次试切反复测量,要有熟练的技术,否则无法保证镗孔精度。这种对刀法很费时,又难以保证工件的精度。我厂一金车间,顶框精镗孔组合机床现已采用自行设计制造的千分尺形式的镗刀对刀仪(可利用报废的千分尺)。一次调整好镗刀尺寸,镗孔精度可达0.01mm。经几年来使用,效果很好,并已推广到其它机床上使用。具体结构见图,它具有结构简单,制造方便,使用调整范围大,示值直观,调整时迅速可靠,使用方便等特点,特别是用在组合机
