应用型大学师资队伍的特点与应用型大学的办学特色是相一致的。应用型大学的办学宗旨以应用为根本,培养目标以就业为导向,培养方向以能力为重点,所以应用型大学人才培养要求教师具备更高的素质和能力。基于此,阐述应用型大学工商管理类师资队伍建设面临的主要问题,并且提出完善应用型大学工商管理类师资队伍建设的对策,希望能为工商管理类专业的发展提供借鉴。
The characteristics of the applied university faculty are consistent with the running characteristics of applied universities. The aim of running an application-oriented university is to apply it as its basic purpose. The training goal is employment-oriented, and its orientation of training focuses on its ability. Therefore, the cultivation of talents in applied-type universities requires teachers to possess higher quality and ability. Based on this, the author expounds the major problems faced by the construction of MBA in Applied University and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the construction of MBA in Applied University, hoping to provide references for the development of MBA.
