1台CPCD70型内燃叉车在试制过程中,调试人员将发动机低温预热系统的启动开关闭合以后,预热指示灯未点亮,预热系统也没有正常工作。经仔细检查,发现发动机低温预热系统中预热继电器已经烧毁。更换新的预热继电器后,仍同样出现继电器烧毁故障。初步分析认为,该故障的原因是流经预热继电器的电流大于其额定电流。
During the trial production of a CPCD70 internal combustion forklift truck, the commissioning personnel closed the start switch of the engine low-temperature preheating system, the preheating indicator did not light up, and the preheating system did not work normally. After careful examination, it was found that the engine warm-up relay in the low-temperature preheating system has been destroyed. Replacement of the new preheating relay, the relay also appears the same failure. Preliminary analysis suggests that the cause of the fault is that the current through the preheat relay is greater than its rated current.
