一、概述微型计算机大多使用固定的程序来执行特定的功能。用户把这些专门程序放在非易失性存贮器中,即将其固化作为驻留程序;或者对必须常用的参数,诸如三角函数表、商业兑换率和反复使用的显示信息,也可作永久性存贮办理,由主程序调用。电改写只读存贮器就是许多类型半导体存贮器中的一种。有关光改写只读存贮器资料比较丰富,而电擦除只读存贮器的操作使用说明在国内几乎没有。在研制用微处理器控制的通用数据显示系统的过程中我们使用了这类器件,故研制了一台μPD 458D电擦除存贮器的电改写器。由于电擦除存贮器有许多独特的优点,例如,擦除信息比较方便,对于调试短小程序以及需要变动的固定参数表的建立,可使用电擦除存贮器来完成。而且擦除时间短,电气性能
