目前国内施工项目大多采用EPC模式,这种模式招标时大多使用初始设计图纸,由于设计和合同条款的不合理性等原因,施工单位面临较大的合同、管理及经济风险,加之外界环境的不可控因素较多,造成施工单位成本管理压力增大。通过施工方案优化,采取必要的技术措施是降低成本,获取经济效益的有效途径之一。本文以江北二标沧湖渔场特大桥水下灌注桩基础施工方案优化为研究对象,在满足工期和质量的要求下,从技术及经济角度寻找降低工程成本、挖潜增效、提高经营效益的管理方法。
