根据相关部门消息,继5月15日杭州首次经济适用房摇号后,今年第二次(杭州市第13次)公开摇号预计将于10月中下旬举行,此次公开摇号也是自杭州市经济适用房申购新政出台后的首次亮相。据了解,今年杭州市计划的公开发售批数是3-4次。 今年,杭州市确定了经济适用房开工150万平方米、竣工80万平方米、公开销售30万平方米的目标。截至7月份,全市新开工经济适用房84.7万平方米,完成了上半年开工目标任务。同时,基于2001年以来连续三年经济适用房增量开工,今年上半年经济适用房竣工量已达80万平方米,提前完成了全年的计划任务。预计到年底,全年经济适用房竣工量将超过100万平方米。目前杭州经济适用房主要的三大供应区域是城北的北景园、三墩的安居·都市水乡和城东的九堡经济适用房区块。
