本文报告用中西医结合治疗急性白血病89例疗效。以VMP方案(长春新硷+6巯嘌呤+强的松)治急淋,以VMMP方案(长春新硷+6巯嘌呤+丙脒腙+强的松)治非急淋。同时给以益气养阴补肾填髓的中药。部分病人加用野百合硷和/或免疫疗法。82个初治病例中完全缓解率58.7%(急淋19/22,86.4%;急粒27/50,54.0%)。到达完全缓解需1～16个疗程(多数3～4),所需时间为15～402天,中数81天。加用野百合硷未提高缓解率,加用免疫疗法缓解率为73.8%,与对照组38.1%相比,有显著差异(P<0.01)。完全缓解时间为7～438天,中数118天;尚在缓解期6例已达207~+～485~+天,中数342~+天;未达完全缓解的22例生存时间为30～400天,中数183天;曾完全缓解过的20例生存时间为65～695天,中数341天;11个尚在缓解中者生存186~+～537~+天,中数386~+天。24个复发病人,完全缓解者仅5次。已经死亡的22人生存时间为65～2,556天,中数368天。最多见的药物毒性反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应,直接引起死亡者10.1%。
This article reports the treatment of 89 cases of acute leukemia with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
