《中国锰业》创刊十周年技术讨论会于1993年8月25—26日在成都召开。会议由冶金工业部全国锰矿技术委员会副主任谭柱中、秘书长刘锡越同志分别主持。会议首先向原冶金工业部矿山司司长、全国锰矿技术委员会主任、《中国锰业》编委会主任赵铁生同志默哀!赵老因病于1993年8月18日在北京逝世,享年79岁。
The “China Manganese Industry” 10th Anniversary Technical Seminar was held in Chengdu on August 25-26, 1993. Meeting by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry National Manganese Technical Committee Tan Zhizhong, deputy secretary general, Comrade Liu Xinyue, respectively, chaired. The meeting first paid tribute to Comrade Zhao Tiesheng, Director of the Minerals Division of the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, director of the National Manganese Mine Technology Committee, and director of the editorial board of “China Manganese Industry”. Zhao died of illness in Beijing on August 18, 1993, at the age of 79.
