在以食盐、氨和二氧化碳为原料的氨碱生产中,产品碳酸钠、氯化铵和原料常会很快渗入钢筋混凝土内,特别在干湿交替和腐蚀物结晶膨胀的条件下,混凝土建筑物和构筑物的强度会急骤下降,影响生产持续进行。过去,这类腐蚀未获重视,在设计中也未采取防护措施。有的虽采取了一些防护措施但并不合理,有的在竣工投产后再采取措施,均不能取得满意效果。为此,有必要对其腐蚀原因进行分析,以引起重视。
