从应用的角度出发,介绍了无刷直流电机的工作原理和基本结构。以PIC30F2010单片机作为控制核心,设计了基于“PIC30F2010单片机+MOS管+霍尔传感器”的无刷直流电机控制器设计方案。实验表明,该控制器不仅具有启动速度快、调速性能好和稳定性高的特点,而且开发成本低,具有广泛的应用价值。
From the application point of view, introduced the working principle and basic structure of brushless DC motor. Taking the PIC30F2010 single-chip microcomputer as the control core, a design scheme of brushless DC motor controller based on “PIC30F2010 MCU + MOS tube + Hall sensor” was designed. Experiments show that the controller not only has the characteristics of fast start speed, good speed regulation performance and high stability, but also has low development cost and wide application value.
