日本当地时间2000年4月2日22时30分左右,日本官房长官青木干雄紧急召开记者会,宣布首相小渊惠三在4月2日凌晨因过度疲劳,身体不适而住进东京顺天堂医院,目前正在接受检查,状况并不清楚。4月3日上午,日本代理首相、官房长官青木干雄再次紧急召开新闻发布会,证实前一天人院治疗的小渊惠三是因为“过度疲劳”引发脑梗塞,目前已陷入昏迷状态,脑部出现出血症状,不得不借助人工呼吸器来进行呼吸。 日本首相小渊惠三在这么短的时间内,既发生了脑梗塞,又发生了脑出血,并不是巧合,从医学的观点来看,这种情况叫混合性中风。
