【目的】观察甲状腺功能减低症患儿的骨龄发育情况,探讨骨龄测定在甲状腺功能减低症患儿诊断及治疗中的意义。【方法】对在本院内分泌门诊确诊为甲状腺功能减低症的37例患儿进行随访,于治疗前及治疗过程中拍摄左手及腕部正位X线片,应用《中国儿童骨龄评分法》进行骨龄评分,计算出骨龄。【结果】甲状腺功能减低症患儿的骨龄明显小于年龄,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经替代治疗约2~3年后,骨龄与年龄相近。【结论】骨龄测定对甲状腺功能减低症患儿的诊断及疗效判断有重要的临床指导意义。
【Objective】 To observe the development of bone age in children with hypothyroidism and to explore the significance of bone age determination in the diagnosis and treatment of children with hypothyroidism. 【Methods】 Thirty-seven children diagnosed as hypothyroidism in endocrinology clinic of our hospital were followed up. Left anterior and wrist anteroposterior radiographs were taken before and during treatment. The “China Children Bone Age Scoring Method” Bone age score, calculate the bone age. 【Results】 The bone age of children with hypothyroidism was significantly less than the age, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). After about 2-3 years of replacement therapy, the bone age was similar to the age. 【Conclusion】 The determination of bone age has important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism in children.
